Kenn ShraderKenn was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in suburban Maryland in the 1960s and ’70s. He and his wife, Donna, moved to the Charlotte metro area in 2011 to help care for his aging mother after his father passed unexpectedly.
After relocating to N.C., Kenn began working with Premier, Inc. in Charlotte as a founding member the user experience (UX) team. In 2017, he joined Class 39 of Leadership Charlotte (LC), an inclusive leadership development program. LC allowed Kenn to delve into local political and social justice issues. As Premier, Inc. was formulating their corporate approach to diversity in the workplace, Kenn became an active member of its Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) council. Kenn started advocating for people with criminal records while still living in Virginia; first through the Kairos prison ministry, and later as the founder of a two-year pilot program with the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Probation & Parole Services. Also during this time in Charlotte, Kenn co-founded the Reentry Housing Alliance (RHA) where he serves as its policy director. In addition, Kenn services on the board of directors for Socialserve, a Charlotte-based national nonprofit that connects people to housing, assists displaced households in finding new housing and gathers housing data for regions and municipalities across the United States. Kenn also services on the board for the Child & Family Services Center, also in Charlotte, N.C. |

Rich "Glassezthaemcee" McNeillHow does a skinny nerd from the west-side of Charlotte become a producer/emcee/leader? The simple answer is nothing but God. His sovereignty and His grace molded that nerdy kid into the artist and a man of God that he is today.
Glasseztheemcee has an authentic hip-hop sound that is centered around a biblical world-view and points directly to Jesus Christ as the source for all inspiration. Because of his humble and surrendered spirit Glassez has had the pleasure for opening up for such artists as Sho Baraka, R. Swift, Tye Tribbet, Ambassador and Da' T.R.U.T.H. He believes in the ideal of favor over fame and that excellence should be the moniker of a well lived christian life. |
Mike SellersMike was born in Cicero, Illinois, but moved to Northeast Texas when he was 15. After high school, he joined the US Air Force and served as a medic for 8 years. He then became a Registered Nurse and lived in Texas for 14 years before moving to Cornelius, NC in 2007.
Mike’s faith walk started in Catholicism as a child, but he spent a large part of his early adulthood without any spiritual influences or church participation. Then…in his 30’s, God pursued Mike in a way he didn’t know was possible. Since then, he has led his church’s hospitality team, prepared and led men’s Bible studies, overseen men’s ministry initiatives, participated in and led several local and international mission trips and was a member of the church safety team. Mike’s ministry passion is to build relationships that encourage and equip men to be the fathers, husbands and leaders that God designed them to be. Mike’s wife of 13 years is named Amanda and they have an 11-year old daughter named Hannah. In his spare time he likes to spend time outdoors, loves the NBA and is an avid University of Texas fan. |
