DISCIPLESHIP. No one goes through their journey alone. To assist you in your journey of discipleship and development at Grace, apart of your next step is being assigned a Mentor help you a long your journey. Your mentor is known as an Disciplemaker. As Jesus commissioned us to do so in Matthew 28, you will be discipled or mentored in the faith with the goal that as you are mentored you mentor others in the faith.
PRAYER. It is a joy to communicate to our heavenly Father. But also to cause transformation and change in the earth through the power of prayer! Prayer is like breathing, therefore Prayer is a lifestyle at Grace. Join us for Monday Prayer Calls at 6:30 AM/EST, Thursday Noonday Prayer Calls, Thursdays at 12:00 PM/EST and Prayer Times during our Grace Experiences, Sundays at 9:30 AM/EST in the sanctuary. Moreover, if you desire support in developing your personal prayer life and personal prayer time, we have members of your Grace community that can assist you in this area.
MISSION WORK. At Grace we participate not only in monthly serve days but we currently support an orphanage, school, church in Kampala, Uganda, other foreign missionary works and collaborate with local law enforcement, non-profit organizations and others to impact the local mission work in our communities and city. If you have a heart for mission work and looking to make an impact our GO Team can assist you in this area. Get involved!
GIVING. There is nothing like being trusted by God with the stewardship of financial resource to further equip the work of the ministry. It is our joy to give and giving is who we are. Participate in the endless flow of financial miracles by being a partaker in financial giving to impact the furthering of ministry.
GOD'S WORD. We cannot live off of meals alone but by every spiritual word or 'bread' that proceeds from the Word of God. Reading the Word of God is a daily thing. At Grace we walk through the Word of God together using our Bible App, sharing daily and weekly devotionals, readings and more. Moreover, if you desire support in developing your bible study and reading, we have members of your Grace community that can assist you in this area.
DISCIPLEMAKERS. Feel called to the ministry in preaching or teaching? Served as an Elder, Minister, Teacher, Evangelist in a previous ministry? Great! It is our mission to continue to develop your relationship with God and others to impact lives. If you have a calling to a particular ministry involving shepherding, teaching and would like to know next steps. Our ministry in Disciple-making will walk you through ministerial resources to prepare for what God has equipped and called you to do.
