Welcome Servant-Leaders, to Our 2025 Staff Retreat!
2025: Thrive in Five – A Year of More!
We are stepping into an extraordinary season, one where God has prepared us to experience abundance, growth, and breakthrough. Our theme for the 2024-2025 ministry year is "Thrive in Five: A Year of More!" This year, God is calling us to receive more in five essential areas:
  1. More of His Presence
  2. More Faith and Trust in Him
  3. More Obedience
  4. More Fruitfulness and Grace
  5. More Impact and Influence
In this season of more, we are positioned to see both our church and our community thrive like never before--spiritually, relationally, and in our mission to spread His love. As we pursue this vision together, we believe for a greater outpouring of God’s power, favor, and opportunities that will propel us into new heights.
Let us fix our hearts on these truths:
  1. More of God’s Presence:
    • Jeremiah 29:13: "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
    • James 4:8: "Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you."
    • Psalm 16:11: "In your presence, there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore."
  2. More Faith and Trust in God:
    • Ephesians 3:20: "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us."
  3. More Obedience:
    • Deuteronomy 5:33 (NIV): "Walk in obedience to all that the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live and prosper."
  4. More Fruitfulness & More Grace:
    • John 15:5: "If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit."
    • 2 Peter 3:18: "Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."
  5. More Impact and Influence:
    • Matthew 5:14-16: "You are the light of the world... let your light shine before others."
    • Isaiah 54:2-3: "Enlarge the place of your tent... for you will spread out to the right and to the left."
As we come together in this retreat, we prepare our hearts for all that God will do in and through us this year. This is our time to thrive. Let us step into 2025 with great expectancy, faith, and unity—ready to grow, give, and go beyond! Together, we will make a lasting impact, spreading His love and transforming lives.
