The staff retreat is an annual gathering where we have the privilege of stepping away from our daily routines and immersing ourselves in a sacred space. Our retreat is designed to facilitate Holy Spirit-led conversations, foster fellowship, relaxation, and create an atmosphere where each person's voice and gifts can flourish.
Throughout the retreat, we invite you to bring your unique experiences, insights, and the revelations the Holy Spirit has been revealing to you about our church and the needs of our flock. Engaging in open dialogue, prayerful discernment, and collaborative discussions, we will collectively birth and develop the overall direction of our church. Our ultimate goal is to finalize a plan that empowers our ministry team members to execute with excellence and impact.
It is important to emphasize that this retreat is a time of seeking divine guidance and alignment with God's heart. As we engage in conversations, let us humbly listen to the whispers of the Holy Spirit, recognizing His wisdom and guidance. Together, we will discern His desires, unveil His vision, and discover the path He has prepared for our church.
